Radio remote controls for industrial lifting and Automation
The AIR series includes a wide range of transmitting units (handheld & joystick) and receivers that make it suitable for many remote control need in both industrial lifting and automation. Included among the features specific to the AIR Series are: configurable dual-band radio with automatic frequency search at system start-up (freq. 434/915 MHz) or with automatic search in FHSS mode (freq. 870/915 MHz), solutions with multiple transmitters / receivers and connectivity through CANopen, Profibus, ProfiNet, EtherCat, EtherNet IP and serial interfaces for the control and communication of data.

Operator ID Solution

AUTEC start with Operator ID solutions are employed in the Air Series 870 MHz models LK NEO 8, LK NEO 10DF and LK NEO 12.

This solution allows users to start up portable stations thanks to proximity communication technology.

The new solution uses the following base components:

The cableless control system can only be used by authorised operators who have an Operator ID device.

A portable station equipped to work with the operator ID solution only activates if its Operator ID device is placed on the panel next to the lock symbol during the start up procedure.

SERVICE KEY

The Service key is instead used to enable or disable authorisation for Operator ID devices..
