Mass Overload for Truck Mounted Cranes
LM 01 LOAD INDICATOR
The LM01 is a basic crane overload prevention system (load moment indicator) that ensures the safe
operation of truck loader/knuckle boom cranes. LM01 will warn crane operators when 90% capacity is reached and will disable the crane in the event of overloading.
Additionally a manual emergency stop function which disables the hydraulic system is included.
The system is designed by using the load-moment and can be calibrated to the crane Ton-Meterload
chart.
An optional derating/duel zone function is available for monitoring and intervention when crane stability is compromised.
LM 02 ADVANCED INDICATOR
The LMO2 is a basic crane overload prevention system with a data feedback display (load moment indicator) that
ensures safe operation of truck loader/knuckle boom cranes.
Like the LM01, the LM02 will warn crane operators when
90% capacity is reached and will disable the crane in the
event of overloading. Special icons/graphs can be added,
where possible, as per customer specification.
Additionally a manual emergency stop function that disables the hydraulic system is included.
The system is designed by using load moment and can be calibrated to crane Ton Meter load chart.
Note that the load value settings can be changed via the data feedback screen.

stability is compromised
